Account Manager (Amazon / Flipkart)

You own a set of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts from the first audit call onward. You read their settlement reports, find the money the marketplace kept, file the fee claims, fix the ad waste, and keep the approvals queue moving. The product does the detection. You are the person the seller trusts to act on it.

MiniTaka is nine people building a multi-channel commerce OS for Indian sellers. Most of us have sold online ourselves. Founders sit on audit calls, everything ships in Hindi and English on the same day, and we would rather stay small than promise a seller something we cannot support.

What you will do

Run onboarding and monthly audit calls for your accounts, in Hindi or English, with a founder alongside when it matters.
Read settlement and payment reports, spot the fees and deductions that should not be there, and file recovery claims with Amazon and Flipkart.
Work the approvals queue with each seller so ad changes, price moves and reconciliation actions actually get approved and shipped.
Watch ad spend and RTO on your accounts, and turn what the product flags into changes the seller signs off on.
Own adoption and retention for your book, and carry seller problems back to product and engineering with the real numbers attached.

What we are looking for

You have sold on or managed Amazon or Flipkart seller accounts yourself, on Seller Central or the Flipkart seller panel.
You can open a settlement report and explain, line by line, where a seller's money went.
You work in Hindi and English every day, on calls and in writing.
You are comfortable with marketplace fees, GST basics, RTO, returns and the ad panels, enough to hold your own with a seller.
You follow through on your own, keep an account book organised, and would rather tell a seller the hard truth than oversell.

Nice to have

You have run a category on Meesho or a D2C storefront alongside a marketplace.
A third Indian language beyond Hindi and English, for sellers who prefer it.
You have handled fee or reimbursement claims with Amazon or Flipkart support before.
