1. What we agree to do
Connect the channels you authorise, keep them in sync, and prepare actions for your approval. We do not guarantee sales, rank or a specific recovery amount.
2. Your account and access
You keep ownership of every marketplace account, store and payout channel. You may revoke our access at any time without contacting us.
3. Approval and autopilot
By default nothing is changed without your approval. If you switch on autopilot, you set the limits and remain responsible for actions taken inside them.
4. Fees and taxes
Plan fees are as listed on the pricing page, exclusive of 18% GST. Monthly plans cancel monthly, yearly plans follow the refund policy.
5. Marketplace rules
You remain bound by Amazon and every other platform’s own policies. We will not take an action that we believe breaches them.
6. Ending it
You can leave whenever you like and take your data with you. We will give sixty days notice before any material change to a plan you are on.
