1. What we collect
Your business details, the marketplace and store data you connect, and how you use MiniTaka. We do not collect anything from your buyers beyond what an order requires.
2. Why we hold it
To run the audit, keep your channels in sync, and show you what a change would earn or save. Nothing else.
3. Where it lives
In Indian data-centre regions, encrypted in transit and at rest, never pooled with another seller’s account.
4. Who else sees it
Our own staff on a need basis with access logged, and the sub-processors needed to run the product: cloud hosting, payments and WhatsApp Business messaging.
5. Your rights
Ask for a copy, ask for a correction, revoke access, or ask us to delete everything. Deletion completes within 30 days.
