How an action is prepared

Updated 20 Aug 2026

MiniTaka does not act silently. It prepares an action, explains why, and waits in your approvals queue until you decide. This is the default for every account.

What an action contains

  • The trigger. What MiniTaka noticed, for example a competitor dropping price or an ad spending with no sales.
  • The proposed change. The exact edit, such as a new price or a paused keyword.
  • The expected effect. The likely impact on margin, Buy Box or spend, stated plainly.

Reviewing the queue

Open Approvals to see everything waiting. You can approve, edit the number before approving, or dismiss with a reason. Dismissing teaches MiniTaka what you do not want, so similar suggestions get rarer.

Nothing in the queue has an expiry that forces your hand. An action sits there until you act on it, though time-sensitive ones are sorted to the top.

Send a screenshot. Support has your account open already, so you do not have to explain it twice.
