Set approval limits
Updated 20 Aug 2026
Limits are how you set the boundary between what MiniTaka can do alone and what it must bring to you. They are the safety rail under autopilot.
The limits you can set
- Price band. The lowest and highest price MiniTaka may set without asking, for example never below your floor and never more than 10 percent above list.
- Spend cap. The most it can shift or add to an ad budget in a day.
- Scope. Which categories or channels autopilot applies to, so you can start with one line and expand.
Where it always asks
Some actions are never automatic, whatever your limits say. Publishing a brand-new listing, changing a product below its cost floor, and any refund always route to you. This is a fixed rule, not a setting.
Start narrow. Set a tight price band on one category, watch what MiniTaka proposes for a week, then widen the limits once the suggestions look right on your own numbers.
Send a screenshot. Support has your account open already, so you do not have to explain it twice.
