Cancel your subscription

You can cancel whenever you like. There is no notice period and no retention call you have to sit through.

How to cancel

• Open Billing, then Plan.
• Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
• Billing stops from the next cycle. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What happens to your data

Your workspace and its data stay available until the paid period ends, then move to a read-only state. If you want your data exported or deleted, ask support and we will handle it and confirm in writing.

Cancelling your plan is separate from revoking our access to Amazon. If you want us out of your seller account too, disconnect it under Settings, as covered in the connecting your accounts section.
