Fix a stock or price mismatch

Updated 18 Aug 2026

A mismatch is when a channel shows a price or stock number that differs from your catalog. MiniTaka flags these on the sync screen with the reason, so you are not hunting through each marketplace.

Common reasons

  • A change is still pending approval, so the old value is still live.
  • Amazon rejected an update because a category rule was not met.
  • Someone edited the listing directly in Seller Central, so the channel and your catalog drifted apart.

Correct it

  • Open Catalog, then Sync health and select the flagged SKU.
  • Read the reason next to the row. If it is a pending change, approve it. If Amazon rejected it, the exact rule is shown so you can fix the field and resubmit.
  • Choose whether your catalog or the channel value wins, then apply.
If you edit listings directly in Seller Central often, turn on drift alerts so MiniTaka tells you the moment a channel moves away from your catalog.

Send a screenshot. Support has your account open already, so you do not have to explain it twice.
