What we can and cannot see

Updated 14 Aug 2026

When you connect an account, it helps to know exactly what MiniTaka reads. Access is read-only until you approve an action, so nothing changes on your listings without your say-so.

What we read

  • Orders, returns and settlement reports.
  • Your catalog: listings, prices, stock and Buy Box status.
  • Advertising reports, where you have connected Amazon Ads.
  • Fees and deductions Amazon applies, so reconciliation can compare them against the rate card.

What we never see

  • Your Amazon password. The SP-API flow means you sign in on Amazon, not on us.
  • Buyer payment details or card numbers. Amazon does not share these and we do not ask.
  • Your bank login. Settlement amounts come from Amazon reports, not from your bank.
If a report ever shows a number you do not recognise, you can trace it back to the exact Amazon report it came from. Nothing in MiniTaka is a black box.

Send a screenshot. Support has your account open already, so you do not have to explain it twice.
