What evidence you need
Updated 19 Aug 2026
A fee claim is only as good as its evidence. Amazon wants to see the specific orders and the specific numbers, not a general complaint.
What a strong claim includes
- Order and shipment IDs. The exact transactions where the overcharge happened.
- The rate card in force. The published fee for that category and period, so Amazon can check its own math.
- Measured versus billed weight. For weight disputes, the packaging weight you declared against the slab Amazon billed.
- Reversal records. For returns, proof that a fee reversal was owed and not applied.
Where it comes from
MiniTaka assembles all of this from the settlement and order reports it already reads. You do not gather it by hand. Each claim exports as a single file you can attach to the case.
Keep your product dimensions accurate in the catalog. A correct declared weight is your best defence against a wrong weight slab in the first place.
Send a screenshot. Support has your account open already, so you do not have to explain it twice.
