Raise a claim with Amazon
Updated 19 Aug 2026
Once reconciliation flags an overcharge, the next step is filing a case with Amazon. MiniTaka prepares the case so you are not writing it from scratch, but you file it, because it is your account.
How MiniTaka helps
- It groups similar overcharges, for example every order hit by the same wrong weight slab, so you file one strong case instead of fifty weak ones.
- It drafts the case text with the order IDs, the expected fee, the charged fee and the gap.
- It attaches the evidence Amazon asks for, ready to download.
Filing the case
Open the prepared claim, review the draft, and submit it through Seller Central's help path. Keep the case ID. When Amazon responds, add the case ID back into MiniTaka so the claim tracks to a resolution.
Amazon reviews fee claims case by case and may ask follow-up questions. A clear claim with the numbers attached tends to move faster than a vague one.
