Share your catalog in chat

Your MiniTaka catalog is available inside chat, so a buyer can browse and order without leaving the conversation. The products shown are the same ones from your single catalog, with the same prices and stock.

Sending products

• In a chat, choose Send from catalog and pick the products.
• The buyer sees the item, price and image as a card, and can add it to a cart in the chat.
• MiniTaka sends a checkout link that takes payment through your connected provider.

Keeping it current

Because the chat reads your live catalog, a product that goes out of stock stops being orderable in chat too. You are not maintaining a separate WhatsApp catalog by hand.

Prices in chat follow your catalog. If you run a channel-specific price for WhatsApp, set it in the channel rules rather than quoting a different number by message.
